Siddharth Anand on War: Tiger Shroff essays a key character without whom the film would not have been made

The director while talking about the film to PTI said that he would not have made the film War if Tiger Shroff hadn't agreed to do the film. The director Siddharth Anand who helmed the film, Bang Bang starring actor Hrithik Roshan said he had written about the two characters keeping in mind both Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff. The director further says that the story of the film came to him while he was traveling aboard. Director Siddharth Anand candidly admits to reading many bestselling spy-based novels which further motivated him to write the film War.
The novels which he read had many interesting ideas in them which the director wanted to include in the film. This made the director of the film War to bring on board four action directors of the film starring, Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff. The film's story revolves around the characters essayed by Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff. Tiger's character who is said to be a spy is on a hunt of another agent Hrithik Roshan who is believed to have gone bad in the film. Tiger Shroff's character goes on a hunt for this rogue character and will be seen doing some high intensity action scenes in the film.
With four action directors the fans and film audience can expect this spy thriller to be an edge of the seat film. The director Siddharth Anand left no stone unturned in making sure that the film includes top notch actions sequences and stunts. The film War, which is shot in exotic locations like Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Finland will see Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff fighting it out for survival.
